Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Vyvanse is a Schedule I controlled drug. We dispense only against a valid Canadian prescription from a licensed prescriber, after pharmacist verification with the prescribing office.

Can you prescribe Vyvanse for me?

No. We are a dispensing pharmacy, not a prescribing clinic. Speak with your family physician, a psychiatrist, or a licensed nurse practitioner about whether Vyvanse is appropriate for you.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No. Cross-border shipment of controlled stimulants is illegal under the CDSA. We ship only within Canada.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 business days to urban ON/QC, 2–4 days to Atlantic, Prairies and BC, and 4–7 days to northern and remote postal codes — after pharmacist verification is complete.

Do you bill insurance directly?

Yes. We bill most major Canadian private plans and provincial drug benefit programs directly at the point of sale.

Is my information private?

Yes. We are PIPEDA-compliant and follow applicable provincial health-privacy law (PHIPA, HIA, PHIA, etc.). See our Privacy Policy.

Can I return medication?

Federal regulations prohibit the re-sale or re-dispensing of returned prescription medication. See our Refunds policy for dispensing errors, damaged shipments, and lost packages.
