Because Vyvanse is a controlled substance, every order ships under strict chain-of-custody requirements. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
We dispense to all 10 Canadian provinces and 3 territories. We do not ship outside Canada under any circumstances — exporting controlled substances from Canada is prohibited by law.
Carriers
Orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost or a bonded courier (Purolator or FedEx Canada), depending on destination. All shipments include end-to-end tracking and a unique waybill number you can monitor in real time.
Delivery times
- Major urban centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Smaller cities and towns: 2–5 business days.
- Remote, rural, and northern addresses: 5–10 business days.
Orders received and pharmacist-verified before 1:00 PM ET typically dispatch the same business day. Orders verified later, on weekends, or on statutory holidays dispatch the next business day.
Shipping fees
- Standard tracked shipping: $15 flat
- Express tracked shipping: $25 flat
- Free standard shipping on prescription orders over $75 (after insurance)
Signature on delivery
Health Canada requires controlled substances to be delivered into the hands of an adult. An adult 18 or older must be present at the shipping address to sign for the package. Couriers will not leave Vyvanse at the door, with a neighbour, or in a mailbox.
If no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and either reattempt the next business day or hold the package at the nearest depot for pickup with photo ID.
Packaging
Your medication ships in a plain, unbranded outer box or padded envelope. There is no pharmacy name, drug name, or medical iconography visible from the outside. Inside, your Vyvanse is sealed in its original child-resistant container with a tamper-evident seal you should inspect on arrival.
Temperature
Vyvanse is stable at room temperature (15–30 °C). We do not require cold-chain shipping. For deliveries during extreme summer heat or winter cold, we add insulating wrap as needed.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, or if the tamper-evident seal is broken on arrival, contact us within 48 hours atsales@buyvyvanseonlinecanada.st. We will open a carrier investigation. Because Vyvanse is a controlled substance, replacement requires a new prescription and a documented incident report — we cannot simply re-ship.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at your cost once a valid address is provided.
